With this EPD, we are not only fulfilling the needs of our clients but also contributing towards a more sustainable world. This declaration simplifies our clients' work, providing them with essential information that supports their own sustainability goals. And while declaring a product’s carbon footprint is not mandatory by regulations (yet), we believe that accountability on the environmental impact of our products should become an integral part of responsible business practices. That’s why we made this first EPD, and more are to come.

What is an EPD

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a standardized document that provides transparent and comparable information about the environmental impact of a product throughout its life cycle. It is based on a comprehensive life cycle assessment (LCA), and externally verified and published in line with ISO 14025, EN 15804+A2 and ISO 21930. This means that an EPD offers a detailed, reliable and independent account of a product's environmental performance, from raw material extraction to disposal, enabling informed decision-making for both producers and consumers.
