In this diversified role you will improve the efficiency and sustainability of our company. Based on your role and responsibilities, you will be in continuous contact with all our entities around the world and also sometimes travel to our global production plants. In order to achieve highest performance you will set standards and create a continuous improvement mind set in many areas. You will be part of the Quality & Performance Management team within our Bülach-based Headquarters and keep an overview about all our ongoing improvement activities. In addition, you will also be involved in strategic and operational projects with an impact on our whole group.

Manager for continuous improvement activities
Proactively developing and driving continuous improvement efforts
Development of process improvement strategies and efficiency initiatives
Building up a proactive culture of improvement
Managing the link between R&D, Sales and Operations
Organization and execution of trainings and workshops
Best practice sharing within the group
Coordinator for all ongoing team activities
Monitoring if defined plans and set goals are moving in the right direction for areas such as Production, IT, R&D or Quality
Discussion of issues and keeping up communications (e.g. in project review meetings)
Maintaining a close working relationship between all team members
Establish a working link to all mageba entities and areas to identify needs and requirements
Leading of strategic and operational projects including road maps, business plans, costs, due dates, etc.
University degree in civil, mechanical or industrial engineering
Experience in Business Process Improvement
Experience in Lean / Six Sigma implementation is a plus
Interest for Microsoft technologies (e.g. Excel, Access) and Power Platform is a plus
Entrepreneurial, self-organised, proactive and well-structured person
Ability to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders on different hierarchical levels
Demonstrated strategic thinking and change leadership capability
Excellent skills in presentation, communication and creation of executive summaries
Fluent written and spoken in English and German
Performance minded and flexible to cover work peaks and extra miles when needed
Ability to travel 10-20% of the time (as an annual average)
