Group Quality Assurance Manager (f/m)

In this diversified role you will be located in our Headquarters in Bulach, Switzerland and report directly to the Group Management Board. Due to the nature of your role you will be in continuous contact with all our entities around the world on regular basis. Your main task will be to set group wide standards and to manage all quality related processes.

Responsibilities include

  • Definition of strategic and operative quality objectives, monitoring of related KPIs

  • Selection and group wide introduction of an Integrated Management System (IMS) for the management of all quality related processes

  • Planning, coordinating and conducting internal system-, process- and product audits

  • Planning, coordinating and conducting supplier audits for products and services

  • Support on international customer audits

  • Recording, analysing and monitoring quality improvement needs and efforts

  • Coordination with sales, project management and production on non-compliance management

  • Maintenance of the Quality- and Environment Management System according to ISO 9001 and 14001, as well as OHSAS 18001

  • Review project contract and specification documents

  • Assurance of group wide welding supervision

  • Functional management of QA representatives at international subsidiaries

Job requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a similar position with proven track record of impact and achievements

  • Degree in Engineering (FH, ETH)

  • Solid QA education

  • Solid welding know how and experience

  • Advanced IT application skills

  • Full proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Self-motivated hands on mentality to drive the completion of tasks

  • Strong aptitude in taking ownership

  • Entrepreneurial, self-organised, proactive and well-structured person

  • Ability to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders on different hierarchical levels

  • Experience in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds

  • Willingness to undertake business trips
