In the role as "Head of APAC" you are accountable for all regional/local budgets according to net sales, sales margin and personnel / operating expenses. Your competencies embrace all relevant strategic and operational decisions as covered by regional/local strategies and valid regional/local budgets. You will be directly reporting to the Group CEO.
Managing the region and its subsidiaries
Developing the markets and key accounts to ensure access to target projects
Driving sales & acquisition: pre-sales, inquiries, technical & commercial proposals, risk assessment, quotations, negotiations, contract conclusion
Managing project implementation: interface to client teams, contract management (incl. change management), project controlling (budgeting, forecasting), risk management and definition of mitigation measures, cash-planning, installation, schedule management
Coordinating project engineering, production, delivery with Operations Excellence Center
Responsibility and outstanding performance as Regional Manager in Asia-Pacific
Strong sales record, with focus on sales in Mainland China
Several years of experience in similar industry (engineering, specialized construction supplier)
Education in engineering and business administration
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
High level of personal energy and accountability
