Principle
LASTO-FLONBLOCK D is a high-quality deformation sliding bearing. It accommodates large structural displacements with minimal friction. Due to its multi-layer core of steel sheets and elastomeric intermediate layers, LASTO-FLONBLOCK D is also extremely suitable for accommodating large rotations. The bearing consists of an elastomeric support core with a one-sided vulcanized PTFE sliding layer and a stainless steel sliding plate with a specially treated, polished surface. Friction is further reduced by the use of tested silicone greases, which are typically found in bridge construction projects. With the high-quality sliding combination, excellent sliding properties are achieved permanently and reliably.
Applications
LASTO-FLONBLOCK D can be used to support high-quality slabs on walls, beams, brackets and prestressed ceilings. This bearing is perfectly designed for solid construction, steel construction, timber construction, pipe construction, machines, storage and water tanks and numerous other applications.
