Dr. Martin Meyer holds a doctorate in economics from the University of Bern and is currently CEO of the ITW Group of Companies, headquartered in Liechtenstein. The ITW Group is fully privately owned and invests in real estate and company shareholdings.

From 2005 to 2013, Dr. Meyer served in the government of the Principality of Liechtenstein, including as Minister for Economic Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister. Today, he specializes in the areas of corporate governance, company management, entrepreneurship, family-owned enterprises and succession planning. Dr. Meyer sits on the boards of directors of various internationally active industrial firms and financial services companies.

He currently serves, for example, as Chairman of the Board of the financial services provider Swisspartners (swisspartners.com), as Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Ospelt Group (ospelt.com) which specializes in food products, and as Chairman of the Board of the renowned Casino Schaanwald (das-casino.li), a subsidiary of the Casinos Austria Group.

Since 2016, Dr. Meyer has also been Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for the Principality of Liechtenstein. Since 2021, he has been President of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce, the largest business association in Liechtenstein.

Erwin Steinmann studied business management at HWV Lucerne in Switzerland and at the University of Amherst in Massachusetts, USA.

His professional career began with positions in finance and auditing at well-known companies such as Credit Suisse and UBS in Zurich. Then, as Operational Auditor and Trouble Shooter at Nestlé, he had responsibility for subsidiaries in Europe, Overseas and Africa in the Food division. Later, as CFO/Senior Controller at Alcon Pharmaceuticals Ltd, a subsidiary of the Nestlé Group, he was responsible for Europe, Middle East and parts of Africa in the Pharma division. In addition, he lectured corporate restructuring for eight years at the ZfU International Business School in Thalwil, Zurich.

Since 1986 he is owner and partner of CAP CON AG, Capital Transactions and Consulting in Zug, Switzerland. His company specializes in top-level studies and analyses of companies and groups of companies, in operational and financial restructurings, in refinancing of companies, and in operational turnaround management and interim management with the responsibilities of Chairman of the Board, DVR, Director, CEO or CFO.

To date, Mr. Steinmann has taken the lead in the reorganization and restructuring of more than 30 companies or groups of companies with annual sales of CHF 20 million to CHF 300 million, in the areas of trade, services and industry, in Switzerland and abroad.

Becker-Ehmck

Harald Becker-Ehmck has more than 20 years of industry experience in automotive, mechanical and plant engineering and private equity.

After a five year international assignment, Mr. Becker-Ehmck held various management positions in the automotive industry over a period of thirteen years, the last nine of which at Behr GmbH & Co. KG, including the post of COO Europe.

In 2012 he moved to the management board of HOMAG Group AG; a company in the mechanical and plant engineering industry. Since mid-2016 he has supported Deutsche Beteiligungs AG as an industrial partner in the fields of acquisitions and the further development of group companies. He is a member of several supervisory boards, with a focus on machinery and project business.

Dr. Pascal Savioz holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Dr. Savioz commenced his professional career with Schmidlin Façade Technology in 2002, where he assumed the role of Deputy Head of Technology. He moved on to Shanghai, China, in 2005, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s Asia Supply Chain and overseeing the setup of a local design team.

In 2006, Dr. Savioz seized the opportunity to establish mageba’s first overseas subsidiary in China. As CEO of mageba (Shanghai), he was instrumental in building a world-class factory, assembling a talented design and engineering team, establishing an R&D and testing laboratory, and forming a dedicated sales force to develop markets in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

From 2016 on, Dr. Savioz extended his responsibility as Head of Asia-Pacific, where he has set up and led subsidiaries in Australia, South Korea and Singapore. In the same year, he joined the Group Executive Board, and was appointed Member of the Group’s Board of Directors in 2021. Presently, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of mageba Group, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the organization.
